JAPAN - KAGOSHIMA SENCHA
This incredible organic Sencha is grown in Kagoshima, the Southern most part of Japan. This tea is both unique and balanced in flavour - savoury umami matched with a lovely sweetness, sparkling brightness and silky mouthfeel. Unlike other teas grown outside of Japan, Sencha is lightly steamed during production with no oxidation, a careful artisan process. It is then air dried and rolled to produce long, slender, bright green leaves. Japan only exports a tiny percentage of the top quality tea produced there, so this is an incredibly rare treat.
We think it is best enjoyed without milk.

When brewed, the liquor is a beaufitul vivid green gold. For best results steep for 45 seconds at 75 degrees. Use 3.4 grams of tea for 200 mls of water.
