CHINA - YUE GUANG BAI
White tea is the most minimally processed processing of the Camellia Sinensis plant. One bud and two leaves are picked when they're very new and tender. After picking, they’re wilted very lightly and dried - it’s a real artisan process. This tea comes from Pu’er city, the Yunnan provence of Southwest China. High elevations, high rainfall and cool climates year round help to create the classic white tea characteristics - fresh and delicate flavours. This tea was harvested in early April, 2015. it’s a great alternative to herbal tisanes. It’s super sweet, floral, musky and mellow - a crowd favourite! This tea estate is operated biodynamic and organic.
We feel this tea is best enjoyed without milk.
