SHIPPING ADVICE

The way we ship your orders depends on your location and the goods you’ve chosen. We primarily use Australia Post, and offer both standard and express delivery options. Delivery times are subject to national delivery conditions, please check here for a current estimated delivery timeframe. We may use courier services to deliver your item – if so you can follow your parcel’s journey via the tracking number provided in your order fulfilment email.

Occasionally, when it will be faster and in everyone’s best interest, local orders may be delivered to your door rather than sent via a postal service. You will receive an order fulfilment email that reads ‘Delivered by Assembly’.

Shipping discount codes are valid for use in Australia only.

We aim to fulfil online orders daily, but please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed.

PICK-UP ADVICE

Online orders placed for in-store pick-up will receive an email notification when it’s ready to be collected.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 24 hours.
