Our half-caff blend pairs a naturally decaffeinated coffee with a rotating selection of Assembly’s seasonal filter-roasted coffees. Each component is roasted separately and combined to keep things balanced, sweet and satisfying. It’s designed for coffee drinkers who love full flavour and clarity, but want a gentler caffeine intensity—whenever the mood might strike.

Process:
Natural ethyl acetate decaffeination, washed, pulp-natural

The decaffeinated component is processed using a natural ethyl acetate method derived from sugarcane, allowing caffeine to be removed gently while keeping flavour intact. It brings softness and ripe fruit sweetness, while the seasonal caffeinated portion adds freshness, balance and structure. The result is a filter coffee that feels complete and satisfying, just lighter on caffeine.
