This handy unit is made by Hario, Japan. It integrates scales and timer, making it ideal for brewing filter coffee and tea. It has a large platform to comfortably seat coffee brewers and servers. I features great precision, reading in 0.1 gram increments from 0 - 200 grams, then 0.5 gram increments above 200 grams, with a maximum weight of 2 kilos. The timer displays in minutes and seconds, with an automatic shut-off function after 5 minutes of inactivity.
