Our half-caff blend pairs a naturally decaffeinated coffee with Assembly’s espresso blend, roasted separately and combined to keep things balanced, sweet and satisfying. It’s designed for coffee drinkers who love the full flavour of espresso but want a gentler caffeine intensity - whenever the mood might strike!

Process:
Natural ethyl acetate decaffeination, washed, pulp-natural

The decaffeinated component is processed using a natural ethyl acetate method derived from sugarcane, allowing caffeine to be removed gently while keeping flavour intact. It brings softness and ripe fruit sweetness, while the caffeinated portion adds structure, balance and familiarity. The result is a coffee that drinks like a regular espresso - just lighter on caffeine.
