Ancient Moonlight (or Yue Guang Bai) white tea combines with chrysanthemum flowers to create a harmonious blend. Yue Guang Bai is produced with one bud and one leaf from the tea shrub where one side of the leaf is dark and the other light,  hence the name, Ancient Moonlight. The chrysanthemum flower (or Hángbáijú) is harvested in November on sunny days and is refreshing and bright.

For best results, brew at 85 degrees for 3 minutes. Use 1.9 grams per 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
